Services are available to San Francisco residents who are over sixty or are an adult aged eighteen to fifty-nine with a disability.

End of Life Planning

  • Wills that designate an executor, beneficiaries for your belongings, and identify your burial preferences.
  • Advance Healthcare Directives that authorize an agent of your choosing to make healthcare decisions on your behalf if you are unable.
  • Financial Powers of Attorney that authorize an agent of your choosing to manage your financial affairs if you are unable.
  • Trusts for clients that own at most one residential property in San Francisco in which they currently reside.
