National Consumer Law Center Digital Library

The NCLC Digital Library provides access to the complete text of all 21 NCLC treatises on consumer law topics including: debt collection and debtor rights, foreclosures and mortgage lending, student loans, truth in lending, unfair and deceptive acts and practices, credit reporting, credit discrimination, consumer warranty law, and repossessions, among other consumer protection issues. The Digital Library also provides access to HUD Housing Programs: Tenants’ Rights (The Green Book).

Gale Legal Forms – California Forms Library offers a wide selection of essential state-specific (and multi-state) legal forms that may be customized for the most common legal procedures. The database includes thousands of transactional and litigation forms on a variety of legal topics- real estate forms, business forms, contracts, wills & trusts, powers of attorney, pre-marital agreements, bankruptcy, divorce, landlord tenant and many others.
The California Forms Library can be searched by keyword/form name or browsed by practice area (e.g. Promissory Notes). Forms can be downloaded as Word documents and saved to your computer.

This service provides access to petitions and briefs filed with the California Supreme Court and the California Courts of Appeal. Included on the site are briefs and petitions dated from 1990 for the California Supreme Court, and briefs and petitions dated from 1996 for the California Courts of Appeal.
